Paxful 聯創對未能有效執行反洗錢計劃認罪，將面臨最高五年監禁並罰款 500 萬美元

ChainCatcher 消息，Paxful 聯合創始人、前技術首席執行官 Artur Schaback 週一對其未能在該加密貨幣交易所維持有效的反洗錢（AML）計劃認罪，因而將面臨最高五年的監禁。
7 月 8 日，美國司法部表示，Schaback 定於 11 月 4 日被判刑，他將從 Paxful 董事會辭職。
同一天在加州地方法院提交的一份認罪協議顯示，政府檢察官同意對 Schaback 處以 500 萬美元罰款，他將分三期償還這筆罰款，100 萬美元在認罪之日支付，300 萬美元在判刑之日支付，最後 100 萬美元在未來兩年內償還。
