ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，英国监管的数字资产交易所 Archax 已收购美国证券交易委员会（SEC）和金融业监管局（FINRA）监管的经纪交易商 Globacap Private Markets，并将其重新命名为 Archax Markets US。
该公司计划利用美国的许可，提供包括股票和债券在内的代币化实物资产（RWA）。
