ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 報導，英國監管的數字資產交易所 Archax 已收購美國證券交易委員會（SEC）和金融業監管局（FINRA）監管的經紀交易商 Globacap Private Markets，並將其重新命名為 Archax Markets US。
該公司計劃利用美國的許可，提供包括股票和債券在內的代幣化實物資產（RWA）。
