ChainCatcher 消息，据 Business Wire 报道，纽交所上市公司 Bakkt（BKKT）宣布更新公司投资政策，正式允许将资本分配至比特币及其他主要数字资产，作为其财务与公司战略的一部分。
Bakkt 表示，此举建立在"核心资产配置、资本结构优化、全球财务战略扩展"三大战略支柱之上，旨在提升长期股东价值并推进其加密基础设施转型。公司尚未进行任何数字资产购买，未来将视市场与业务情况择机操作。
联合 CEO 表示，这项政策更新标志着公司向全球支付、稳定币与可编程货币领域扩展迈出重要一步。
