调查认为米莱伊的帖子来自其个人账户，并不构成政府官方活动或认可。尽管如此，联邦刑事法庭仍在对这一事件进行调查，当地媒体称之为"加密门"。此外，米莱伊解散了一个调查小组，并将相关工作移交给检察院。
