ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Cardano 创始人 Charles Hoskinson 在直播中提议动用国库中 1 亿美元 ADA，兑换为比特币及稳定币（USDM、USDA），以提升链上稳定币占比与 DeFi 生态。
Charles Hoskinson 称此举不会冲击 ADA 市场，并反驳流动性担忧。当前 Cardano 链上稳定币仅占 TVL 约 10%，远低于 Solana 的稳定币生态规模。该提案与 Cardano 基金会 CEO Frederik Gregaard 此前强调"TVL 并非关键指标"的观点存在分歧。
