ChainCatcher 消息，据 Coindesk 报道，由 SEC 文件披露，孙宇晨父亲孙伟科通过价值 1 亿美元的 TRX 代币 PIPE 交易获得上市公司 SRM Entertainment 控制权，该公司将更名为 Tron Inc.。此次交易由与特朗普家族相关的 Dominari Securities 安排。
交易完成后，孙伟科出任董事会主席，Tron 系高管加入审计、薪酬和提名委员会。虽然交易未直接涉及 Tron DAO，但被视为其核心管理层主导的安排。新公司拟效仿 MicroStrategy，未来持有最多 2.1 亿美元 TRX 作为战略资产。
