ChainCatcher 消息，据 GlobeNewswire 报道，上市公司 Digital Asset Technologies 宣布通过发行最多 3,000 份公司可转换债券单位（每股价格为 1,000 加元），募集 300 万加元私募轮融资。
据悉，这笔资金将用于帮助其子公司 LiquidLink 构建高流动性基础设施，以便在闪电网络上即时结算比特币、稳定币和现实世界资产 (RWA)。
