ChainCatcher 消息，据 GlobeNewswire 报道，Verb Technology（纳斯达克股票代码：VERB）今日宣布完成一轮 5.58 亿美元的私募配售融资，计划转型为首家公开上市的 TON 储备战略公司。该公司将更名为 TON Strategy Co.，并将 TON 作为主要储备资产。
此次私募配售以每股 9.51 美元的价格发行约 5,870 万股普通股。交易获得超过 110 家机构和加密货币领域投资者支持，主要投资方包括 Kingsway Capital、Vy Capital 等。
