- 第一層構建引擎，運營一個具有成本效益的挖礦平台，以低於市場成本進行比特幣挖礦；
- 第二層擴大儲備，利用資本市場准入來發展和管理戰略比特幣儲備；
- 第三層引領生態，通過加速採用的產品、合作夥伴關係等舉措將比特幣經濟中的影響力擴大到BTC生態。
