ChainCatcher 消息，据金十報導，美國總統特朗普週五採取行動，將石墨、鎢、鈾、金條和其他金屬從他的國家關稅中豁免，同時對矽膠產品徵稅。根據週五發布的行政命令，這些變化將於週一生效。
特朗普的指令還可能加速美國與其他國家之間定制貿易協定的落實，使華盛頓更容易取消對飛機零部件、仿製藥以及一些無法在國內種植、開採或自然生產的特定產品（如特殊香料、咖啡及部分稀有金屬）的關稅。
總統的命令稱，這些變化是根據美國官員的建議做出的。根據該措施，"這些修改是必要且適當的，以應對特朗普在四月份首次實施國家層面關稅時所宣布的國家緊急狀態。"
