ChainCatcher 消息，汇丰银行与工商银行计划向香港金融管理局申请稳定币牌照，新规已于近期生效。
报道称，渣打银行与工行有望在首批获牌名单中，占据先发优势。此前，香港金融管理局表示预计首批仅发放少量稳定币牌照。截至目前，已有 77 家机构表达申请意向，部分申请方认为相关要求较预期更为严格。
