ChainCatcher 消息，据金十报道，惠誉周二上调了全球 GDP 增长预期，预计今年全球经济增长率将从去年的 2.9 % 降至 2.4 %，明年将进一步放缓至 2.3 %。惠誉首席经济学家 Brian Coulton 指出，美国经济和就业市场放缓的迹象已在硬数据中显现，预计美联储将在 9 月和 12 月的会议上各降息 25 个基点，明年还将降息三次。
