ChainCatcher 消息，港股上市公司獅騰控股發布公告稱，其已與某潛在賣方訂立投資意向書，以推進公司 AI 及 DeFi 業務發展。
作為建議收購事項的一部分，管理層及目標集團創始人將提供三年的收入及利潤保證。建議收購事項的代價將通過配發及發行本公司新股份支付。建議收購事項須待進行進一步盡職審查及簽訂建議收購事項的最終協議後，方為作實。目標集團成立於新加坡，且為加速人工智能、區塊鏈、去中心化金融及穩定幣技術的軟件創新與生態系統開發的領導者，其中包括開發並成功推出穩定幣平台及基礎設施。
