ChainCatcher 消息，据 businesswire 报道，Forward Industries 宣布以平均每枚 232 美元的价格购入 6,822,000 枚 Solana（SOL），总金额约 15.8 亿美元。
此次交易为公司 16.5 亿美元 PIPE 融资的首次部署，融资由 Galaxy Digital、Jump Crypto 和 Multicoin Capital 领投。Forward Industries 所购 SOL 均已进行质押，部分交易通过 Solana 链上平台 DFlow 完成。公司计划通过主动管理和链上操作提升 SOL 每股价值。
