ChainCatcher 消息，Caliber（纳斯达克代码：CWD）宣布与机构投资者达成证券购买协议，发行 15,868 股 B 系列可转换优先股，每股价格 1,000 美元，总融资约 15,900 万美元。
该优先股可按每股 250 美元转换为普通股，无投票权及分红，优先级高于 A、B 类普通股但低于 A、AA 系列优先股。同时，公司已向 SEC 提交增发补充文件，启动 ATM 增发计划，初始可用额度约 1,030 万美元，资金将用于支持数字资产战略，包括持续增持 Chainlink（LINK）代币。
