ChainCatcher 消息，Metaplanet 首席执行官 Simon Gerovich 在 X 表示，若股价低于 1 倍 mNAV，继续增发在“数学上会破坏价值”，将不利于公司的 BTC 收益率，公司将优先评估优先股与股票回购等方案；并称日本券商已明确告知，先卖空、再用配售新股回补属于违法行为。其同时强调，9-10 月的比特币采购窗口源于合规安排而非硬性时间表，执行上将兼顾速度、流动性与对 BTC 价格的影响，目标是最大化 BTC 收益。
