ChainCatcher 消息，線上交易平台 IG Group 以 1.096 億澳元（7240 萬美元）收購了澳大利亞加密貨幣交易平台 Independent Reserve 的多數股權。
據悉，IG 將先行收購該公司 70% 的股份，並有權根據未來業績收購剩餘 30% 股權。該交易需經監管機構批准，預計於 2026 年初完成，總價值將達 1.78 億澳元（1.176 億美元）。
