GSR 向美 SEC 遞交申請，擬推出數字資產財庫公司 ETF 及多隻加密基金

ChainCatcher 消息，加密做市商 GSR 已向美國 SEC 提交申請，計劃推出數字資產財庫公司 ETF，其中至少 80% 的資產將配置在持有加密貨幣的上市公司，初期擬納入 10 至 15 隻股票，包括 Strategy、Bitmine、SharpLink 和 SUI Group 等。同時，GSR 還申請了以太坊質押、加密質押、核心三資產（BTC、ETH、SOL）及以太坊收益相關的四隻基金。
此前，SEC 已放寬商品信託基金上市標準，使加密 ETF 的審批環境更為寬鬆。
