ChainCatcher 消息，TD Cowen 分析師在最新報告中表示，美國參議院在推進加密貨幣市場結構立法方面進展緩慢，法案通過時間可能被推遲至中期選舉之後。
報告指出，民主黨與共和黨在監管權劃分及 DeFi 限制條款上存在根本分歧，成為當前審議的主要障礙。其中，民主黨提出的禁止政府高官持有加密資產條款被視為敏感議題，涉及特朗普家族通過 World Liberty Financial 等項目獲利的爭議。TD Cowen 分析師 Jaret Seiberg 表示，參議員並非無法在未來 12 個月內採取行動，但從政治考量及有限會期來看，"他們拖延的理由遠多於迅速推進的理由"。
