ChainCatcher 消息，美国共和党众议员 Troy Downing 将于周二提出名为《退休投资选择法案》（The Retirement Investment Choice Act）的新法案，旨在将特朗普总统此前签署的行政命令立法化，使加密货币和私募股权可纳入 401(k) 退休计划投资范围。
该法案获得四名共和党议员联署，包括 Byron Donalds、Buddy Carter、Warren Davidson 和 Barry Moore。Downing 表示，此举将让更多美国储蓄者能够接触到高潜力的另类资产。此前，拜登政府曾对将加密资产纳入退休计划持谨慎态度。
