日本监管正出台法规，明确禁止加密内幕交易

ChainCatcher 消息，日本金融当局正准备打击加密货币内幕交易。《日经新闻》周三报道称，日本金融厅计划提交修正案，明确禁止基于非公开信息的交易，违规者将面临与其非法收益成比例的经济处罚。
该修正案将授权证券交易监督委员会调查可疑案件，并建议加处罚款或刑事移送。金融厅计划在年底前敲定监管细节，并计划在明年的议会例会上提交。目前，日本的《金融工具和交易法》在内幕交易方面并未涵盖加密货币，监管主要依靠加密货币公司和行业协会的自我监管。
