ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，本周，华盛顿特区的一家咖啡店成为全球首家通过 Square 销售终端接受比特币支付的商家。
Compass Coffee 是华盛顿特区一家拥有 27 家分店的热门连锁咖啡店，在“DC 金融科技周”期间展示了这项新技术，允许顾客通过标准 Square 收银机使用闪电网络支付比特币购买咖啡。此次试点是 Square 母公司 Block 上周三宣布的新型比特币支付系统的首次实际部署。从 11 月 10 日起，商家将能够接受比特币支付，并将每日高达 50% 的销售额转换为比特币，首年零手续费。
