法國交易所 Lise 獲批歐洲首家代幣化股票交易所許可

ChainCatcher 消息，巴黎的 Lise（閃電證券交易所）已獲得法國金融監管機構 ACPR 授權，成為歐洲首家運營完全代幣化股票交易所的公司。
該交易所將交易和結算合併到單一區塊鏈平台上，目標是法國市值低於 5 億歐元的企業，計劃於 2026 年初推出首批中小企業 IPO。Lise 的股東包括 CACEIS（法國農業信貸集團子公司）、法國巴黎銀行和 Bpifrance。
