ChainCatcher 消息，内华达州监管机构于 10 月 22 日对加密货币托管公司 Fortress Trust（现更名为 Elemental Financial Technologies Inc.）发布停止令。
根据法庭文件显示，该公司目前濒临破产，面临资产与负债间的重大不匹配。监管机构在命令中明确指出，Fortress 的流动性状况“完全不足以履行客户义务”。
