ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，TeraWulf 与 AI 云平台 Fluidstack 达成合作，将在德州建设 168 MW 高性能 AI 数据中心，项目由谷歌提供 13 亿美元租赁支持。TeraWulf 持有 51% 股份，合同总值达 95 亿美元。该项目预计 2026 年下半年完工，推动公司总承载能力突破 510 MW。
公司同时披露 Q3 营收同比增长约 84%，受消息刺激股价上涨 25%，年初至今已涨超 130%。
