ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，Compound 创始人 Robert Leshner 领导的 Superstate 宣布推出 “Direct Issuance Programs”，允许上市公司通过发行代币化股票，直接向通过 KYC 验证的投资者募集资金，投资者以稳定币支付、即时结算。
该服务将运行于以太坊和 Solana 上，首批发行预计于 2026 年启动。该计划无需承销商，符合 SEC 监管框架，旨在推动资本市场链上化。
