ChainCatcher 消息，Terraform Labs 创始人 Do Kwon 将于晚些时候在曼哈顿一家法院接受美国地区法官 Paul Engelmayer 的判决，据悉检方已要求法庭判处 Do Kwon 12 年有期徒刑，理由包括他认罪等因素。
此前在纽约南区联邦法官保罗·恩格尔迈尔主持的听证会上，Do Kwon 对串谋诈骗和电信诈骗两项指控表示认罪。今年 1 月，他曾在涉及证券欺诈、电信欺诈、商品欺诈和洗钱等九项罪名的起诉中拒不认罪。
