据 CoinDesk 报道，运营 "漫画全巻ドットコム"等平台的东京证券交易所成长市场上市公司 TORICO 于 12 月 17 日宣布，与拓展 Web3 游戏平台业务的 Mint Town 签署资本业务合作协议。
根据协议，TORICO 将通过 Mint Town 运营的基金等渠道募集约 47 亿日元（约 3017 万美元）资金，并计划将所得款项全额用于购买以太坊。通过此次合作，Mint Town 运营的投资基金将成为 TORICO 的第一大股东（表决权比例约 23.36%）。
