ChainCatcher 消息，据《信报》报道，胜利证券向客户发出通知表示，自 12 月 19 日起，其对于系统识别为来自“中国内地” IP 地址的虚拟资产账户，实施“禁止买入”限制的安排。消息人士表示，此为响应内地近期加强监管虚拟资产交易的措施。
