ChainCatcher 消息，据財新網報導，香港金管局確定將於 2026 年 1 月 1 日起在香港全面實施基於巴塞爾銀行監管委員會加密資產監管標準的銀行資本金新規。
巴塞爾委員會所定義的加密資產，為主要依賴密碼學和分佈式賬本技術或類似技術的私有"數字資產"，而"數字資產"則被定義為可用於支付或投資目的或獲取商品或服務的一種數字價值表現形式。不僅比特幣、以太坊等屬於巴塞爾委員會定義中的加密資產，RWA、穩定幣等也包括在內。
