금십 보도에 따르면, 덜린 홀딩스(01709.HK)는 홍콩에서 발표하였으며, 자회사 덜린 증권(홍콩) 유한회사가 70%의 지분을 보유하고 있으며, 홍콩 증권선물위원회로부터 조건부 승인을 받아 종합 계좌 제도 하에 가상 자산 거래 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되었지만, 덜린 증권이 기존 제1종(증권 거래) 규제 활동 면허의 몇 가지 조건을 수용해야만 실현될 수 있다고 전했다.
