Arca 首席投资官：MSTR 最大风险在于 BTC 价格飙升而股票价格停滞

ChainCatcher 消息，Arca 首席投资官 Jeff Dorman 于 X 平台发文表示，MSTR 面临的最大风险并非被 MSCI 除名或 BTC 价格下跌。被 MSCI 除名对股票仅有轻微不利影响，对比特币无关紧要；由于拥有超过 2 年的现金储备且无强制出售条款，BTC 价格下跌也不会导致 MSTR 被迫出售。
其认为真正的风险在于 BTC 价格上涨而 MSTR 价格停滞。若 MSTR 不再追踪 BTC 价格且交易价格远低于 mNAV，则无法通过 ATM 筹集资金，届时将不得不考虑出售 BTC 以回购股票。
