ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，加密托管公司 BitGo 美股 IPO 定价 18 美元/股，高于此前 15 至 17 美元的定价区间。公司与现有股东共出售 1,180 万股，募资约 2.13 亿美元，按当前发行股本估值超过 20 亿美元。
此次 IPO 由高盛与花旗主承销，BitGo 将于本周四以代码“BTGO”在纽交所挂牌，成为 2026 年首家完成 IPO 的加密公司。
