銀行家堅持全面禁止穩定幣收益，認為威脅銀行存款業務；數字商會今日發布原則文件回應，願意放棄靜態持有穩定幣的利息，但堅持保留與流動性提供和生態參與相關的獎勵機制，特別是在 DeFi 領域。白宮已敦促雙方本月底前達成妥協，可能下週安排新一輪會議。數字商會 CEO Cody Carbone 表示，若銀行家拒絕談判，現狀將是獎勵機制繼續存在。
