ChainCatcher 消息，据市場消息，迪拜金融服務局於去年公布其更新的加密代幣監管框架，並發布常見問題解答（FAQ）文件，以支持企業理解和實施新規。
新框架允許迪拜國際金融中心內受 DFSA 監管的實體自行選擇合作的加密代幣，不再需要 DFSA 事先批准，該更新已於 2026 年生效。FAQ 明確，新規涵蓋用作支付或投資目的的加密代幣，不包含 NFT、實用型代幣及證券型代幣和穩定幣等投資型代幣。穩定幣僅限資產管理人用於支付。企業提供加密代幣相關產品需遵循代幣制度及相關要求，代幣適宜性評估標準包括其特性、在其他司法管轄區的監管狀態、全球市場規模與流動性、相關技術及是否可能妨礙合規。
