ChainCatcher 消息，針對用戶反映帳戶被封控一事，幣安聯創何一在 X 社交平台表示，相關情況或因使用 VPN 連接至幣安無法提供服務的國家或地區所致，系統將帳戶調整為"僅提現模式"，需聯繫客戶支持處理。
此前有用戶稱，其在幣安及其他交易所曾遭遇帳戶限制或資產凍結。幣安方面強調，正持續加大合規投入，並依據監管要求執行風控措施。
