該指標通過標準差及 SMA 倍數衡量比特幣估值狀態：倍數越高表示超買程度越深，價格越接近四年 SMA 則表示估值越低。當前比特幣價格已回落至綠色區域並接近四年 SMA 水平，該均線目前約在 57,500 美元附近。從歷史走勢看，此水平通常標誌著每輪熊市的最後階段，BTC 價格往往在此區域盤整數月。Darkfost 表示其通常不偏好基於移動平均線的模型，但認為該指標值得關注。
