ChainCatcher 消息，据 FinanceFeeds 报道，俄罗斯计划于 2026 年夏季开始封锁外国加密交易所网站，以将加密活动引导至本地许可平台，减少资本外流并加强监管。
该举措源于新立法，预计春季推进，涉及 Roskomnadzor 的技术过滤；俄罗斯参与者每日加密交易额约 500 亿卢布，大部分发生在境外。
莫斯科交易所监事会主席 Sergey Shvetsov 表示，俄罗斯交易者每年向全球交易所支付约 150 亿美元佣金，本地平台旨在争夺该市场。专家指出，完全封锁境外平台难度大，可能推动活动转向不透明渠道。
