美国参议员：CLARITY 法案或于 4 月通过，Coinbase 表示出现 “推进路径”

ChainCatcher 消息，美国参议员 Bernie Moreno 表示，加密市场结构法案《CLARITY Act》有望于 4 月前在国会通过。Moreno 在接受 CNBC 采访时称，目前法案推进已出现明确路径。
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong 在同场采访中表示，此前围绕稳定币计息条款及监管归属问题存在分歧，但当前各方正寻求 “共赢” 解决方案。报道称，稳定币收益条款是法案推进中的主要争议点之一。Moreno 同时表示，不认为国会中期选举结果将影响法案通过进程。此前白宫相关官员亦对法案在今年初推进表达积极预期。
