ChainCatcher 消息，Strategy 首席執行官 Phong Le 在 X 平台發文表示，《巴塞爾協議》設定了全球銀行資本標準及資產風險加權規則，這些框架實質性影響銀行如何參與數字資產（包括比特幣）相關業務，該規則由覆蓋 28 個司法管轄區的巴塞爾委員會（由各國央行及監管機構組成）制定，美國僅為其中之一。如果美國希望成為"全球加密之都"，則有必要對巴塞爾框架下的資本計提與風險權重實施方式進行重新審慎評估。
