ChainCatcher 消息，Coinbase 首席法律官 paulgrewal.eth 在 X 平台發文表示，美國法院在相關裁決中指出，普通用戶可能會認為 Kalshi 的產品 "與體育博彩類似，甚至沒有區別"，但法院強調，這一觀感並不改變其法律屬性，因為 "一場持續三小時的比賽，以及泰坦隊贏得該比賽，均屬於事件的發生"，相關合約仍屬於 "掉期（swaps）"，依法屬於美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）的專屬管轄範圍。
paulgrewal.eth 認為，該裁決意味著，即便產品在形式或體驗上類似體育博彩，只要其結構符合掉期定義並在受監管交易所交易，仍受 CFTC 監管框架約束。
