ChainCatcher 消息，据市場消息，美國司法部發布聲明表示，Samaneh Ghandali 等三名矽谷工程師因涉嫌竊取谷歌及另外兩家公司的敏感移動處理器和加密文件機密被起訴。
根據起訴書，Samaneh Ghandali 在谷歌就職期間，涉嫌將包括數百個文件傳輸至第三方通信平台，這些被盜材料涉及處理器安全和加密技術，隨後被複製到個人設備及其他被告任職公司的辦公設備中。檢察官指控被告通過刪除文件、銷毀電子記錄以及向受害公司提交虛假宣誓書來掩蓋行為，目前三名被告均被控串謀、竊取貿易機密以及妨礙司法公正，其中妨礙司法公正罪最高可判處 20 年監禁。
