据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市的比特币财库公司 Empery Digital 个体大股东 Tice P. Brown 发布公开信，披露已正式拒绝管理层私下提出的股份回购要约（其个人持有 9.8%的公司股份），指责该公司此举为确保首席执行官 Ryan Lane 职位稳定，而非维护股东利益。
同时他要求 Ryan Lane 立即辞职，并且立即出售全部比特币资产将所得资金返还股东，数据显示 Empery Digital 目前持有约 4081 枚比特币，价值约合 2.58 亿美元。
