ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，美联储近日公布提案，计划永久移除银行监管框架中的声誉风险考量因素，并已开放为期 60 天的公众评议期。
该提案旨在确保银行监管决策仅基于实质性金融风险，防止银行因客户的政治观点、宗教信仰或从事合法但敏感行业而拒绝提供服务。美联储监管副主席 Michelle W. Bowman 表示，此前已听闻多起去银行化案例，这种歧视行为不应存在于美联储监管框架中。参议员 Cynthia Lummis 对提案表示欢迎，称此举将有助于美国成为全球数字资产中心。
