ChainCatcher 消息，Jack Dorsey 旗下支付服务提供商 Block 计划裁员超 4000 人，裁员比例接近 50%。其联合创始人 Jack Dorsey 表示此举与 AI 快速发展有关，他选择立即采取行动而非逐步裁员，并认为多轮裁员会破坏士气、专注力以及客户和股东的信任。
本次受影响的员工将获得 20 周薪资、每工作一年额外一周薪资、6 个月医疗保险、公司办公设备以及 5000 美元的过渡期补助。
