ChainCatcher 消息，持有 3723 枚 BTC 的美股上市比特幣財庫公司 EmperyDigital 正陷入股東爭議。持股比例達 10.3% 的第三大股東 Tice P. Brown 公開要求聯席首席執行官 Ryan Lane 及董事會辭職，並主張出售公司全部比特幣資產，將所得現金返還股東。
Tice P. Brown 指控管理層治理失當，稱公司允許員工對比特幣衍生品進行大規模日內交易。公司方面對此予以否認，並表示出售全部比特幣資產將損害公司的長期戰略價值。
