南非啟用新規和技術追蹤加密資產與離岸賬戶

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitcoin.com 報導，南非稅務局 SARS 自 3 月 1 日起啟用加密資產報告框架（CARF）並擴展自動信息交換（AEOI）規則，要求本國 crypto 資產服務商按國際標準上報詳細交易數據，並與逾 120 個司法管轄區進行帳戶信息自動交換。
監管機構將通過模式識別和數據匹配比對納稅申報與鏈上、境外交易記錄，從被動依賴自願披露轉向主動、數據驅動稽查。稅務專家稱，利用多錢包、境外交易所和離岸結構規避稅務監管的"隱身空間"基本消失，持有未申報數字資產或離岸財富的納稅人面臨更高定向審計風險，建議通過自願披露項目（VDP）主動合規。
