ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 報導，針對摩根大通 CEO Jamie Dimon 關於穩定幣收益的最新言論，白宮數位資產顧問 Patrick Witt 提出反駁。
Dimon 此前表示，支付穩定幣收益的平台應像銀行一樣接受監管，因為"持有餘額並支付利息"已構成銀行業務。Witt 在 X 平台回應稱，Dimon 的說法存在誤導。他指出，需要銀行式監管的不是支付餘額收益本身，而是對構成基礎餘額的美元進行放貸或再抵押。GENIUS 法案已明確禁止穩定幣發行方從事後者，因此穩定幣餘額不應等同於銀行存款。
