美聯儲明確代幣化證券資本規則，稱框架“技術中立”

ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 報導，美聯儲發布問答文件，明確銀行應根據現有資本規則對待代幣化證券，強調現有框架"技術中立"。
美聯儲表示，發行或轉讓證券所使用的技術（包括區塊鏈技術）不會影響其監管資本處理方式，符合條件的代幣化證券應與非代幣化證券按照相同規則處理。代幣化證券若滿足與傳統證券相同的法律和風險管理要求，可作為金融抵押品。美聯儲補充稱，無論使用許可鏈還是非許可鏈，資本規則不提供差別對待。此舉是繼 1 月 SEC 明確代幣化證券仍需遵守聯邦證券法後，監管機構對傳統資產鏈上化應用的又一指引。
